The NLP & Hypnotherapy Practice group topics this March will be decided and shaped on the night!

There will be some exploration of how we can construct and deconstruct the useful and sometimes unhelpful aspects of our ‘identity’ that we occasionally convince ourself that are true. Utilising some aspects of ‘priming’ from Kahneman & Tversky’ work we will explore how certain statements and their seemingly innocent order can have a stunning effect.

We will then integrate this into what is selected and shaped on the evening with the intention of creating new paths and ways of thinking.
