Core Transformation is the excellent work of Connirae Andreas. This is surely one of the most profoundly connecting and deeply healing NLP / Hypnosis processes out there. And it can also ( like most healing processes ) be used to get more of what you want too.

A way to get deeply in touch with the self and discover the positive purpose and intention behind perceived problematic behaviours, emotions or thinking. Using Core Transformation process we can reach ‘core states’ and use these powerful states of being to transform old ways of being into new, congruent and healthier ways of being with a real sense of gratitude for who we are.
