Eye Movement Integration Plus ( EMIPlus ) is a very simple and almost content free process to help people move on from practically all kinds of personal unhealed traumatic events in their life.

EMIPlus deals with psychological and the often associated physiological aspects off all kinds of client trauma. Physiological facets can be physical symptoms and can also mean the physiological or felt and embodies sense of terror, panic and massive emotional stress.

In the problematic instances, the physical and emotional feelings associated to a trauma never really go away and will resurface in completely safe situations where the out of proportion emotional responses arrives, unrequired, and creates dysfunctional and disabling states that spoil general day to day living and enjoyment of all of life’s wonderful activities.

EMIPlus combines EMI and a reference set of breathing, humour and distraction to assist clients move away from the tyranny of their own nervous systems.
